Robust & heavy duty design built to rotate the cylindrical vessels of all types. Each set comprises of 1 Drive unit and 1 Idler unit. The wheel brackets are precisely & accurately machined bolted on the roller beds The FCR roller wheels PU (Polyurethane) moulded is movable manually by both the ends & fixed by High Tensile bolts on the base. In Drive unit both the wheels are individually driven by separate AC motor and gearbox which is synchronized & driven by VFD AC Drive.
