CC 600 Chain

A conveyor chain is chain that has been designed specifically for chain conveyor systems. It consists of a series of journal bearings that are held together by constraining link plates. Each bearing consists of a pin and a bush on which the chain roller revolves.There are three series of chains (light, normal and high strength). The high strength chains (treated plates) are used for difficult applications (great forces, transporting abrasive products, etc.)Haulage conveyors are generally classified into drag conveyor, flight conveyor and tow conveyor. (a) Drag chain conveyor. (b) Flight Conveyor.A chain conveyor operates on the principle of interconnectivity: a chain connects each gear, resulting in a smooth conveying process. The chain conveyor has a series of gears connected into a continuous system by the chain. Typically, each gear has teeth which create a free rotational interface with the chain.
