Flat Belt Conveyors are Belt Conveyors in which the carrying run is supported by flat-belt idlers or pulleys.To align a flat belt conveyor simply adjust the tail end pulley or the idler pulley, it is provided with adjuster bolt to adjust it in order to align the conveyor.The troughed carry idlers have a center horizontal roller and two out board rollers that are angled at 20o. Flat carry side belt conveyors are possible and can be utilized in case of height restrictions that would prohibit a troughing belt idler, but a troughing profile is preferred to better cradle product.How do conveyor systems work.
