Cooling conveyors are used to move foundry , die cast parts and heated parts through a cooling process. These cooling processes can include water bath tanks, internal cooling fans, overhead fans and chilled air systems. Common types are belt, roller, motorized roller and overhead conveyors. We categorize them as floor style (mounted on the floor) or overhead. Use them to move products, create buffers and deliver products in sequence for a production line. There are three different types of conveyor belts: the basic belt, snake sandwich belt and long belt. A basic belt conveyor consists of two or more pulleys that hold one continuous length of material.
