Square cooling tower

The square cooling tower is a kind of cooling water equipment, which can be divided into counter flow and cross flow type cooling tower. Because this type of cooling tower has a square appearance, it is called a square cooling tower or a rectangular cooling tower, which can be connected in parallel.Square Shape Cooling Towers operate on the induced draft counter flow principle operation. The fan creates air movement vertically up the tower across the fills in opposition to the water flow. Hot circulating water enters the water inlet headers and sprays through non clogging PP spray nozzles.Round cooling towers have more strength than the square cooling towers for the same thickness of tower casings. Square cooling towers do not allow uniform distribution which creates hot pockets of low heat dissipation.
