Tailor Made Cooling Towers

The towers are constructed of wood, metal, or concrete with wood or plastic packing for distribution of the water flow. A portion of water passing over the cooling tower is vaporized.They are often constructed as hyperboloid, doubly-curved concrete shell structures supported on a series of concrete struts. The foundations typically consist of an inclined pond wall forming a circular 'tee' beam with a wide concrete strip.
