MS Continuous Cooker

The cooker will be made of mild steel with 25mm inner shall and 6000mm long� and 16 mm outer shall and end plate of the cooker will be 40 mm mild steel thick and welded with the body and the front plate� is fixed with the help of� nut and bolt with the flange. It also have the front glass to see the inside activity. The rotor is made by seamless (sch. 180) pipe in centre and 8 pipes in the periphery of the main pipe. It also have the steam arrange system in the rotor with help of 2 � �size steam rotary joint. The rotor is cantered with plumber bearing with steam glands arrangement at end. It has capacity of 2T/hrs. It will driven by helical gearbox reputed company like (GREAVES) and 75 H.P. of 3 phase motor� ABB make and 230 dia. feeding screw with 5 H.P geared Motor. It will have Crackling strainer with control wheel system with 2 H.P geared Motor and return conveyor of dia. 300mm and 6 m long with 5Hp Geared Motor and fume cyclone.
