Description
The BHA-102D is a high-efficiency machine designed for medium-scale production. It is versatile and can produce various cement products, including solid bricks, hollow blocks, paver blocks, and curbstones, by simply changing the moulds. It uses a combination of hydraulic pressure and vibration for compaction, ensuring high-quality and consistent output. The machine is semi-automatic and features a PLC-based control panel for ease of operation. Total Area: 18,000 to 20,000 Square feet. Raw Materials: Can use a variety of materials including cement, lime-gypsum, stone dust, river sand, up to 6mm aggregate, and construction waste.
