Suspended System: Aluminum Alloy Construction with centralized Control Panel and additional remote pendant switch for all operations. Cradle floors have chequered non slip flooring. Air cushion buffers are provided to protect the hoist as well as building. The Cradle can dismantled completely for ease of transportation from place to place. Additionally the Hanging Platform is fitted with 4 castors for easy transportation in the assembled condition. Hoist: World Class aluminium alloy hoist weight 46 kg. Electromagnetic disc brakes are provided on each hoist motor. Safety Features:- Central control in the cradle for traction hoist with IP55 protection, main Swithc, Phase Protection & push Buttons. Fail-safe primary electromagnetic brake positively locked with power switch in off position. In case of power failure the electromagnetic brakes are instantly actuated to safely hold the cradle in position. Emergency descent at controlled speed in case of power failure by operation primary brake lever. Upper limit switch�s to halt the ascent at pre-determined height.
