The RJK-Maize cum Multicrop Power Thresher comes with the following features: Designed for threshing the maize crop with or without husk. Feeding chute (hopper). Can be operated with either Electric Motor / Diesel Engine / PTO Shaft Tractor Arrangement. Drum Diameter: 200 MM Drum Length: 570 MM Drum Speed (RPM): 600 - 750 Interchangeable bottom concave for different crop types. Fixed top concave. Blower for winnowing purpose. Top fixed Aspirator Blower is used to clean large impurities. Single Heavy Fly Wheel. Power Required: 5.5 Kw / 10 HP Approx. Overall Size (LxBxH): 1825 MM x 1200 MM x 1525 MM Approx. Unpacked Weight Without Electric Motor / Diesel Engine: 490 Kg Low maintenance and less labour requirement. Simple in operation. The Thresher is designed in such a manner that it can separate the corn from the corn body without breaking the corn cob. Hence, there is no need to open the husk. The dry crop is to be feed through the feeding chute while the corn separated corn cob and husk are thrown out of the thresher with the help of top fixed aspiratory blower. The thresher can also be used for other crops such as sunflower, jowar etc apart from being used for corn or maize crop.
