Cup Filler Packaging Machine

Powder and granular items can be packed in cups by volume by using cup filler packaging machine. Materials are dumped from the top hopper into the cups. Since this a volumetric cup filler, the final accuracy of the net weight depends on how consistent the bulk density of the material is. The way in which the material flows in this machine is also very important. Products like coffee beans, legumes, pulses, rice, hard candies, etc., work well as cup fillers. Several of those products would be great for an auger filler; however, the previously mentioned products can be filled more quickly and accurately with a cup filler packaging machine.
