Multi Cyclone Dust Collectors

A cyclone dust collector uses centrifugal force and creates dual counter flow (an outer downward counter flow and an ascending inner counter flow). The flow helps in separating heavier particles from dust loaded gas.Multiple-cyclone separators remove more dust than single cyclone separators because the individual cyclones have a greater length and smaller diameter. The longer length provides longer residence time while the smaller diameter creates greater centrifugal force.
