By the deflection of the stream of gas into a rotary flow pattern, the dust particles are carried outward under the action of the centrifugal forces acting on them. The gas flowing in behind generates a whirling motion, causing the dust particles to be conveyed downward in a helical pattern and to be discharged through an airlock valve. The gas changes its direction of motion above the airlock, being discharged virtually free from dust through the central exhaust air pipe at the top of the cyclone.Design: The standard design consists of a conical structure made of grade St.37 steel, with a tangential air inlet spout and a central air outlet spout. For more difficult conditions of application, the outlet section is made of thicker sheet metal, and for especially abrasive dust types, the inlet section is reinforced with Mn steel sheet.Features: High separating efficiencyHigh sanitationEasy installation
