Dal Screw Polisher

The Dal Screw Polisher is a strong industrial machine that polishes dal at an even rate of 900 kilograms each hour. It measures 3000 mm long, 1000 mm wide and 1800 mm high - it fits into most processing lines without wasting floor space. A 3 HP motor supplies 2.25 kW of power - the motor runs the machine reliably plus keeps power use low. A screw shaped rotor rubs every grain of dal the same way - the dal leaves the chamber with a smooth, bright surface. The frame shafts and covers are built from thick steel plate - they withstand day-and-night operation in large plants without warping or cracking. Operators start the machine with a single switch - guards open without tools - routine cleaning or belt replacement takes only minutes. By keeping the line running steadily, the polisher raises total plant output but also gives every batch the same uniform colour and finish.
