Grain Polishing Machine

A rice polisher is a machine for buffing (or "polishing") kernels of rice to change their appearance, taste, and texture or for transforming brown rice into white rice.After the bran has been removed, the next stage of processing is polishing (aka “pearling”) the grain. Once the grain has been pearled, it can then be sold as is, or further processed by grinding, rolling, chopping or some partial form of precooking. Rice with just the hull removed is brown rice.Polishing is the process of creating a smooth and shiny surface by rubbing it or by applying a chemical treatment, leaving a clean surface with a significant specular reflection (still limited by the index of refraction of the material according to the Fresnel equations).The polishing machines also called buffing machine are machines that work with brushes and are designed to perform operations of brushing, buffing, polishing and for the finishing of any metal material.
