Description

Wheat is cleaned properly that is washed under running water and subsequently softened in water for 5 to 6 hrs. After germination, it is dried in sun light. After drying process it is fried and grinded by atta chakki. From the grinded product, fine and course dalia is obtained from whole wheat including husk.
