Dall Mill Destoner Machine

A destoner machine is used to remove heavier contaminants or debris from a product stream or flow. Generally, it removes a small percentage from the flow, but it can be large items including: stones, glass, metals or other heavy items.It is soaked in water for 60-90 minutes and heaped for uniform moisture absorption and dried in the sun for 2-3 days till fully dried. It is fed into mini dal mill at 90-100 rpm. The split dal falls in the cone chamber from control plate, which is separated into whole dal, broken and husk through an aspirator.
