Sigma Mixer. In this mixer complete dispersion is achieved through the most desirable combination of stretching, folding, kneading and tearing action. Mixing/Kneading is accomplished by pressing the material against the walls of trough. As the mixer arms rotate they tear the loose portion of the mass in the mixer and carry to those portions to other parts of the trough, thus re-distributing the contents. The correct pitches of �Z� blades provide effective movement of the material from each end of the trough to its centre. After completion of mixing, the discharge of the material can be carried out by numerous methods like, tilting the trough manually or automatically and bottom discharge by providing the bottom opening.
