Description
Small diesel bhatti for domestic use very compact design
he Burner: Usually a Pressure Jet or high-power cast iron burner designed to atomize diesel for a soot-free blue/yellow flame.
Electric Blower: A small centrifugal blower (usually 0.37 kW / 0.5 HP) is required to provide the oxygen flow needed for high-intensity combustion.
Fuel Tank: Typically made of MS or SS, mounted at a height to provide a gravity feed, or equipped with a hand-pump/motorized pump for pressure.
Control Valve: A precision brass needle valve to regulate the flow of diesel, allowing you to switch from a low simmer to high-intensity heat.
Nozzle Cleaning: The diesel nozzle must be cleaned weekly to prevent carbon buildup and ensure a clean flame.
Blower Care: Keep the air intake of the electric blower free from dust and flour to prevent the motor from overheating.
Fuel Quality: Using filtered diesel prevents the fine needle valves from clogging, which is the most common cause of downtime.
