PACORR- Digital-Cap Torque Tester

The Digital-Cap Torque Tester is a fully automatic machine that measures the twist force on bottle caps and closures. The front panel holds a numeric screen that shows the exact torque value while the test runs. Plants that pack drinks, medicines or other sealed goods use the unit to check that each cap meets the printed specification. A green or red light appears instantly to show pass or fail and the stored numbers feed into line control software for traceability. The steel frame, metal base plus sealed keypad tolerate daily wash-downs and nonstop cycles on the production floor. The tester ships only in new condition and is built in India - menus, start key but also auto-calibration need no extra training.
