Ultrasonic Cleaner

Ultrasonic energy is produced in the solvent by transducers, which convert electrical energy to high frequency inaudible sound waves. The pulsating effect of the ultrasonic sound waves cause rapid formation and collapse of tiny bubbles - cavitation which produce a highly effective scrubbing action on the part. The transducers are shaped to focus sound waves, and parts to be cleaned are passed through the area of focal intensity, either manually or by conveyor.
