Dim Sum Steamer

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Line a steamer big enough to sit on top with greaseproof paper and pierce it several times to allow the steam through. Brush the dim sum with oil and steam for about 5 minutes or until cooked.A type of cookware made of bamboo that consists of individual cooking trays or layers with openings in the bottom, that are assembled together and used to cook food with the use of steam.
