Mix Bed Deionizer is a single shell unit and contain with strongly acid cation and strongly basic anion mixed with proper ratio . mixed bed shell contain strong acid cation (SAC) resin and strong base Anion (SAB) resin combined to a ratio of approximately 40% cation resin and strong base Anion (SBA) resin.Mixed Beds are ion exchangers that have both Cation and Anion resins, mixed in a single vessel. The resin bed is in the both H-OH form. These units are normally designed so that they can be automatically operated, with all the necessary internals, instruments, components and controls.Mixed-bed filters are used to fine polish demineralized water. A mixed-bed filter fine polishes demineralized water from, for example, an EDI installation. In this way we can ensure that the final minerals and salts are removed from the water.
