Product Details : Top of Platform will be of MS Chequered Plate of 6 mm thickness Main structure will be made of heavy gauge MS IMC section & ISMB sections of Standard make. Platform will reinforced suitably by MS ISMC section All Pivots and pins made of EN 24 grounded will be fitted with large bearing with phosphor bronze bushes and provided with grease nipples at all moving points Adequate stiffeners will be provided in torsion box between sets to minimize uneven bearing loading to eccentric loading The Leveler shall be raised or lowered by two single acting hydraulic cylinders Lip shall be operated by one double acting cylinder fitted in platform itself Electro Hydraulic Power Pack shall be operated by three phase AC 440V motor and shall be accommodated near the equipment In case of power failure, top platform will freeze instantaneously High pressure flexible hose assembly will be double wire Oil level view glass shall be provided on hydraulic tank Electric motor will be protected from overload and short circuit by providing suitable motor protection circuit breakers Equipment will be painted with enamel Paint Golden Yellow Spray Finish with black Zebra bands
