Modular Domestic Flour Mill

When the upper circular stone rolls on the lower circular stones, it exerts pressure and force on the lower stone and the grains are placed in between them. Due to this force, the grains are crushed. The processed atta falls off the lower stone into the bhir — a circular receptacle below the chakki, which is made of mud and coated with multani mitti (Fuller's earth).
