Chinese Cooking Range

A large kitchen stove with burners and one or more ovens, usually heated by solid fuel.Early ranges were so-called because they usually had more than one oven and usually at least two cooking spots on top, furnishing a “range” of places to cook.A range has an oven inside it as well as a stovetop. The term “oven” simply refers to the enclosed space in a range where you bake food. However, ovens are also available as individual appliances called wall ovens that are built into cabinets.
