We manufacture Double cone blender suitable for blending dry or semi-dry powders, minerals, solid mixtures, fibrous materials and granular materials. Serves pharmaceuticals, chemicals, pigments, metals, ceramics, foods, cosmetics, plastics, agricultural & other industries.Conical shape and elongated plane both ends enable uniform mixing and easy discharge. The cone is statically balanced which protects the gear box and motor from any excessive load. Powder is loaded into the cone through a wide opening and discharged through a butterfly or a Slide valve. Paddle type baffles can be provided on the shaft for better mixing, uniform blending and de-agglomeration.Offered with internal agitators, liquid addition nozzles, vacuum outlets, heating and cooling jacket, temperature probes, removable shells, discharge valves and various accessories.
