Twins Four Worm Duplex Vacuum Plodder

A duplex vacuum plodder is a soap-making machine that is used to extrude the final soap. Suitable for stamping, the machine comprises of two separate stages in which the first stage is a refiner and the second stage is an extruder.The plodder (extrusion machine) is an important piece of equipment in the entire soap plant. It plays a major role in giving a final shape in bar form soap mass. In the first stage soap is compressed, homogenized and supplied to the vacuum chamber in shape of noodles.Soap Extruder SE-120 DUPLEX, that is composed by two SIMPLEX connected with a Vacuum Chamber. The first stage assembles a Drilled Plate to refine and homogenize the soap, while the second stage assemble an Extrusion Cone to extrude the soap bar by means of a shaping plate as per Customer specifications.
