S.K. Engineering & Shot Blast produces a Dust Collector 25HP, 5000Nm3/hr, Automatic that uses a 25 horsepower motor to pull 5000 cubic metres of air each hour. The casing is mild steel - it survives rough industrial sites. The fan runs from 380 V, 50 Hz supply, either single phase or three phase. The machine starts and stops by itself plus clears 95 % of the dust that enters. It holds any of twenty filters, rated from F8 to H14, in pleated, cartridge or non woven bag form. Air passes through at 1 - 4 m/s and the unit accepts gas up to 150 °C. The equipment suits any task that needs dust removal. It is built in India, painted the colour the buyer chooses but also delivers clean air while the motor keeps it on line. A one year warranty and normal export packing accompany each order. The supplier asks buyers to request at least one unit as well as will accept orders only for new installations.
