ERCuAl-A2 is a high-strength, iron-bearing aluminum bronze welding filler metal used for joining dissimilar metals, particularly aluminum bronze to steel and copper to steel, and for applications requiring wear and corrosion resistance, such as marine parts and bearing surfaces. It offers good mechanical properties and is suitable for both gas-tungsten arc (TIG) and gas-metal arc (MIG) welding. Key Characteristics Composition:An aluminum bronze alloy with approximately 1% iron, adhering to AWS A5.7 standards. Corrosion Resistance:Excellent resistance to seawater and common acids.
