Effluent Treatment Plant

The Effluent Treatment Plant is a system that treats wastewater from food production facilities. It is housed in a container that allows the user to connect it to pipes and operate it immediately. In this system Moving Bed Bio Reactor technology is active to process biological waste and produce water that meets quality standards. Due to the use of mild steel during construction, the structure remains intact plus functional during industrial use over a long period. With a capacity of 0.5 KLD and an intake rate of 50 m³/day, the plant is sized for small volumes of liquid waste. To provide air to the system, two blowers that use 0.25 KW of power are included. As the plant runs without interruption or fluctuation, the treated water follows the required environmental rules.
