Elbow Hoses, manufactured from blends of Natural Rubber / SBR / NBR, are used in the air intake manifold system and exhaust system of diesel engines. These have diameters ranging from 50 mm to 150 mm. We also manufacture fibreglass-reinforced silicone rubber hoses for hot-air applications. The hand-built silicone hose is constructed of a silicone rubber liner covered with reinforced plies consisting of a silicone rubber coated fibreglass fabric. The number of fibreglass plies required for each hose depends on the minimum burst pressure for each application. The use of this material is for turbocharger air connection hoses or other applications using air, where a material is required to withstand extreme temperatures. The hose may be used in continuous operating temperatures of 54degreeC to 204degreeC. Moulded elbowhoses 6x4
