LABORATORY CALENDERING MACHINEThe laboratory calendar offered by us is used for performing calendar experiments and trials in the laboratory environment. This calendar uses a stack of three 300 mm wide parallel rolls to produce calendared samples for evaluation in the laboratory. The polish chrome steel plate 130 diameter and 300mm wide heated at temperature of 100°C and thermostatically controlled. Specifications:3 roller stack with a machined face width of 500 mm.Adjustable line pressure with a range of 0-100 Kg per linear cm by means of hydraulic cylinders and manually driven operated complete with oil tanks etc.Top and bottom chrome plated polished steel rollers have diameter of 130 mm.Middle roller has special rubber coated material diameter of 180 mm.The top roller is electrically heated and thermostatically controlled.
