All shafts are CNC machined and ground with precision to achieve proper bearing fit (H7 p6). The gears are made of 20MnCr5 material and hardened up to 30-35 HRC for higher wear resistance and durability. MIG welding is used to achieve high-quality welded joints. Double edged cutter blades are made of EN9 material, precision machined and hardened up to 40-45 HRC for longer life. High quality bearings which can sustain loads at high RPM are used. High tensile hardware of 8.8 quality is used to sustain dynamic loads and vibration during cutting operations. Heavy duty pulleys are tested to withstand breaking forces up to 10 tons.
