All vibrators have the same working principle. An electric motor with an unbalance mounted on a rotor which generates a circular vibration with high centrifugal force. The centrifugal force depends on the unbalance and rotor rotation speed.Vibration analysis is the most prevalent method used for monitoring, detecting and analyzing the structure's condition in real time or at specified time intervals, due to fast data collection and interpretation.The use of vibration as a means for enhancing athletic performance is a recent issue in exercise physiology. Current evidence suggests that vibration is effective in enhancing strength and the power capacity of humans, although the mechanisms mediating this effect are unknown.
