Electric Vibrator

All vibrators have the same working principle. An electric motor with an unbalance mounted on a rotor which generates a circular vibration with high centrifugal force. The centrifugal force depends on the unbalance and rotor rotation speed. A vibratory motor is a three-phase motor that is intentionally unbalanced, and is also known as an eccentric rotating mass (ERM) or vibrating motor. Vibratory motors are used to vibrate sieves, troughs and tables, but also to separate products in a bunker or landfill pipe. Concrete vibrators are used for construction based applications. They come in several different shapes and sizes. It is used for concrete compaction mainly in constructing roads, railways, and buildings. It consolidates freshly poured concrete to remove the trapped air and excess water.
