VIBRATING MACHINE IS 4031 -1968(MOULD VIBRATOR OR CUBE VIBRATOR)Vibrating machine is used for the preparation of mortar cube for the determination of compression strength of ordinary and repair hardening Portland cement, low heat Portland cement. SPECIFICATION : The complete frame assembly consists of a vice to hold a 7.06 cm cube mould to feed the sample in the mould. The frequency of vibration ois 12000 +- 400 R.P.M Vibration per minute supplied complete with one 7.06 cm cube mould . with time switch electric 0-5; minute operating current starts when dial knob is turned to any desired time and automatically cuts off when knob returns to zero. VIBRATING TABLE: OPEN BODY: (fitted with 3 phase , 440 volts 3 phaseThe vibrating table used for compacting concrete cubes and cylinders. SPECIFICATION : It is designed to carry a load of 140 K.G. The table top is 50 cm x 50 cm (20" x 20") and has stops along its edges to prevent mould from working off the table during vibration. A cross arm adjustable on a vertical rod at the centre of the table is provided to hold the mould while operating the table. The variable pitch pulley arrangement permit the frequency to be varied steplessly between a maximum of 3600 vibration per minute approximately.
