Description

Original NK105-G2/G3/3MS DSP 3-axis handle controller provides real-time motion control for CNC routers, mills and engravers, jogging, setting zeros and running G-code directly from the pendant. USB 2.0 connection plugs into any Windows PC; drivers auto-install, giving instant compatibility with Weihong software, MACH3 plug-ins or standalone DSP firmware—no PCI card required. Backlit LCD shows coordinates, feed rate, spindle speed and alarm codes; tactile joystick and override knob let you jog X, Y, Z at 0.001-1 mm steps while your hands stay on the pendant. On-board DSP generates 125 kHz step pulses per axis with linear and arc interpolation, backlash compensation and tool-length offset, delivering smooth engraving and fine surface finish. Ergonomic hand-held unit with 3 m coiled cable, magnetic base and emergency-stop button; includes USB cable, software CD and mounting bracket—bolt to console, plug in USB, and take full control of your 3-axis CNC machine.
