A weighbridge or a truck scale is a set of scale which is used to weigh bulk items. It is a set of scale which is mounted by the weighbridges manufacturer on a concrete surface. It has an electronic or digital monitor which displays the weight of the vehicle weighed.Weighbridges are platforms that are used to determine the weight of heavy-duty trucks, trailers, buses and other large vehicles. They are suitable for weighing vehicles in transit as they ferry goods in and out of production or distribution centres.
