All surfaces must be thoroughly washed down with clean cold water using a pressure washer to remove all surface dirt and dust. All surface defects and cracks must be repaired using Zydex recommended compounds only. When all surfaces are clean, dry, dust free and free from all surface contaminants, painting may proceed.
