Fan Filter unit

A fan filter unit is a motorised unit which supplies clean, filtered air to a cleanroom. Air is drawn via the fan, through a pre-filter and then through a HEPA or ULPA filter which filters the sub-micron particles ensuring a clean and processed air supply.A fan filter unit, or FFU, is essentially a filtered laminar flow diffuser with an integrated fan and motor. The integrated fan and motor provide enough static pressure to overcome the pressure drop of the internally mounted HEPA or ULPA filter.FFU can be roughly divided into several types of switch, continuous adjustment, computer control, etc. The functions performing at the same time include single control, partition control, alarm, and operation status display.
