Dabeli (a bread stuffed with the spicy masala mixture) Bhajiya (deep fried savoury snacks; a popular variety is pakora) Dal Vada (deep fried savoury snacks; a popular variety is Dal Pakoda) Dal vada, Vaati dal na bhajiya. Locho (a Surti variety made from chickpea flour)Though Farsan is highly adopted in Gujarati cuisines but origin is same. Sindhis in Ulhasnagar have preserved this tradition in the form of few special dishes like Besan Papdi, Sev Dal Sandwich, Dahi Sev Puri, etc.This healthy farsan or desi trail-mix may prove to be a healthy addition to your diet, since it is high in protein.
