Card GaugesIt is absolutely essential to have good quality and accurate card gauges. Very close settings like Cylinder to Doffer- 3/1000" or 0.075 mm or 4/1000" or 0.1 mm can be correctly set only with most accurate leaf gauges. Never use broken or wornout or twisted card gauges as they would give wrong settings.For setting Back/Front Plates to cylinder, use full set of 7 Leaf Gauges of 300 x 32 mm or 400 x 30 mm. For all other frequent settings it is economical to use a set of 4 Leaf Gauges of 5,7,10 & 12/1000" (0.125, 0.175, 0.25, 0.3 mm) as it costs less.For all other purposes, use Individual Leaf Gauges with Plastic Handle. We supply all individual sizes of leaf gauges,such as 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 & 12/1000" or 0.75, 0.1, 0.125, 0.15, 0.175, 0.2, 0.225, 0.25, 0.275 and 0.3 mm.Flat setting gauges with or without handle of all sizes both in THOU (inches) and MICRON (metric) also availableWe supply special developed Feeler Gauges for LR LC 300 or C 1/3 Cards, this can be supplied in sets consisting of 0.8, 0.1, 0.125 and 0.15 mm (total 6 leaves).Setting Gauges for RSB Draw Frames can be supplied in sets consisting of plates 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 & 20 mm.
