Plain Film Lamination Machine

Lamination is a technique in which a film is glue laminated to the paperboard surface to achieve aesthetic effects or surface protection. The film is reel fed and the adhesive is applied to the film (except when using thermal film).Laminator machines apply a thin plastic cover to paper documents by using pressure, heat, and their internal roller mechanism. In the most common scenario, the paperwork is fed into the machine one page at a time, sandwiched between loose plastic sheets or in lamination pouches.The main advantage of using a laminating machine is to protect and enhance the quality of the material which is being laminated. Laminating sheets add a layer of clear plastic which protect the laminated material from smudges, stains, and liquids.
