Flexure Testing Machine

The Flexure Strength Testing Machines are designed to test flexural strength of concrete beams. The design provide maximum rigidity throughout their working range. The load is applied by the downward movement of the piston. A spacer is provided for testing different size of beams.Flexural strength measures a paver's ability to resist breaking when pressure is applied. The result helps to ascertain the products application suitability and longevity as well as the end user's safety. Flexural test evaluates the tensile strength of concrete indirectly. It tests the ability of unreinforced concrete beam or slab to withstand failure in bending. The results of flexural test on concrete expressed as a modulus of rupture which denotes as (MR) in MPa or psi.
