What it is SealArm PU Flex-G is a single-component polyurethane (PU) joint sealant used in building and construction to seal gaps, joints, and cracks. It cures by reacting with moisture in the air to form a flexible, rubber-like seal. 🏗️ Key properties Single-component PU sealant — moisture curing; easy to apply from a cartridge/sausage pack. Medium-modulus elastic seal — stays flexible, accommodating structural movement. Movement capability ≈ 25%, so it stretches without failing as the joint moves. Excellent adhesion to concrete, metal, and many construction materials. Conforms to standards like ASTM C-920 (Type S, Grade NS, Class 25) and BS 6920 for water contact, so it's suitable even in potable water systems. Temperature range ~ -40 °C to +80 °C service conditions. 🔨 Typical uses SealArm PU Flex-G is commonly used for: Sealing expansion and control joints in buildings. Filling joints between precast concrete panels. Sealing around doors, windows, terraces, balconies. General crack sealing and waterproofing at construction sites. 📦 Packaging & appearance Typically sold in 600 ml cartridges / sausage packs. Colors are usually white or grey. 🛠️ How to use (quick guide) Prepare surface: Clean, dry and sound. Remove dust, oil, loose particles. Use backing rods (foam) for deeper joints to control sealant depth. Apply directly from a sealant gun/caulking tool. Tool the bead if needed for neat finish.
