Description
Atta/Ata (Urdu: آٹا; Hindi: आटा, Bengali: আটা, Romanian: Āṭā) or chakki atta is a wholemeal wheat flour, originating from the Indian subcontinent, used to make flatbread such as chapati, roti, naan, paratha and puri. It is the most widespread flour in the Indian subcontinent. It makes the self balance to and fro vibration. It can be used in cleaning stage for grain warehouse, mills, feed grain process factory, etc to remove impurities and bran yard grass from paddy, wheat, corn & sunflower seeds. These machines are designed to separate undersized and oversized impurities from food grains. An atta chakki, also known as a grain mill, grinds grains into little pieces and turns them into flour. When the grinding is finished, and the flour is formed, the flour is ready to eat. Grains such as wheat, rice, lentils and others are ground to make meals. The rollers operate at different speeds and spin in opposite directions, pulling anything that passes through them with great force. Bulk grains are fed into these rollers, which make quick work of them. During operation, the grains are quickly crushed by the rollers, releasing the endosperm from the kernel interior.
