We put forth for our clients Fluid Bed Dryer that is specifically designed to introduce hot air stream at the base of the container filled with material. It works by creating a drought by the means of the blower, thus, fresh air gets sucked into the unit by means of electrical, steam or thermic fluid heaters. Based on the principal of Fluoridation in which the hot air induced in the container expands the bed of the material at certain velocity & creating turbulence, it is ideal for drying applications. In Fluoridation each particle is surrounded by hot air and heat transfer is extremely high and uniform resulting in complete agitation of solid particles. Our range of Fluid Bed Dryer conserves heat energy, while the filter bag prevent particles from escaping the dryer.
