What is Heat Pump Food Dehydrator? A device that transfer heat from a colder area (ambient temperature) to a hotter area (drying chamber) by using mechanical energy (refrigeration technology).The heat pump works on the principle of refrigeration that cools an air stream and condenses the water contained in it. This renders the air dry and recovers the latent heat of evaporation through water vapour removal which permits air recirculation.
