Description
The Advance Coefficient Of Friction Tester measures static and kinetic friction forces in industrial materials - it contains a load cell rated for 1 Kgf and the factory will fit a different cell if the buyer requests. The sled moves at 150 mm/min with a tolerance of ±2 mm/min - each test repeats the same speed. The scale displays 1 gm steps plus stays within ±1 gm of the true load - the recorded friction values remain trustworthy. The metal sled weighs 200 gm and its contact face measures 63.5 mm by 63.5 mm by 6 mm - it copies the way one surface rests on another. The tester runs from a 220 V, 50 Hz supply and its frame suits long industrial shifts. Plants use the readings to check slip resistance, stop cartons or films from sliding but also cut waste during storage and transport.
